Call me crazy but I love to organize both my school stuff and home stuff. When I found Debbie's book- Spaces and Places, I knew that I had to have it. Every teacher needs this book!
Another one of my favorites is Literacy Work Stations- Making Centers Work. This book is great if you want organized stations where kids are being productive and having fun. What I love is that my kids are having fun and I am doing UNINTERRUPTED guided reading.
This book, Making the Most of Small Groups- Differentiation for All, has been super helpful when setting up guided reading instruction for my kindergarten kiddos. There are also lots of resources in the back!
The last one, Beyond the Names Chart- Using Children's Names for Word Study, is great if you want to incorporate a name station into your literacy work stations. You can only get this one from Really Good Stuff but it is totally worth it!
So, what teacher books do you like to read? I always like to have a stack waiting for me in the summer!

My favorite teacher book is Sharon Taberski's "On Solid Ground." I had always been a believer in guided reading groups, but this really helped me solidify my practices. So much great stuff in there!!
